Delinquent Property Tax Redemptions

You may mail tax payments to:

St. Clair County Clerk – 10 Public Sq. – Belleville, IL 62220

Acceptable forms of payment are Cashier’s Check, Certified Funds, and Money Orders. Please include the parcel number(s) or address. Amounts due can be searched and found through the "Tax Redemption Search" located on our website on the bottom left side of the page, or by phone only.

Vital Records

Certified Copies Birth, Death and Marriage records can be requested online at Vitalchek.com through a link on our website, or by calling their toll free number (888) 290-6363. Records can also be requested by mail or in person. Requests by mail requirements can be found on the St. Clair County Clerk website’s Vital Records department.

Couples wishing to apply for a Marriage License must do so in person.

Register to Vote

If you need to register to vote or change your address on your voters registration, you can come to the County Clerk's Office / Election Department or go to the Illinois State Board of Election website and click on the “Online Voter Registration” tab.
